I won’t lie Whole30 Ketchup is not the same as the processed, sugar saturated version we are used to eating. It opens your eyes to how much sugar is in your standard store bought ketchup. Our version of Whole30 ketchup cuts out all the sugar so it has a stronger vinegar and tomato tang that you will find refreshing and fulfilling after killing the sugar beast on Whole30.

Since I love Whole30 Ketchup, I served the condiment with a lot of meals: Whole30 Meatloaf, Whole30 Steak Fries, Whole30 Sweet Potato Chips, Whole30 Meatloaf and Whole30 Chick-Fil-A Chicken Nuggets. I have an obsession with condiments and Whole30 Ketchup gives me a healthier option to feed my vice. Plus, everything is better with a little Whole30 Ketchup. 🙂

Whole30 Ketchup Ingredients

  • 1 7 oz jar organic tomato paste
  • 2 Tbsp apple cider vinegar (add to taste–start with 1 Tbsp and add more if desired)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 7 Tbsp water

Instructions for Whole30 Ketchup

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth (Makes 1 cup–store excess ketchup in the fridge).
