Whole30 Herb Citrus Vinaigrette
This dressing is great on our Stir-Fry Chicken, and also makes the perfect marinade or topping for fish, shrimp, or scallops, or fresh green salad. For Valentine’s Day, Brad and I used this refreshing salad dressing to finish our Whole30 Teriyaki Salmon Salad.
Whole30 Herb Citrus Vinaigrette Ingredients
- 1 ½ tablespoons orange juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 ½ tablespoons lime juice
- ½ teaspoons garlic minced
- 2 teaspoons mustard powder
- ¾ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh parsley
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Whole30 Herb Citrus Vinaigrette Recipes
- Whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, lime juice, garlic, and mustard powder in a small mixing bowl.
- Drizzle in the olive oil while whisking steadily to emulsify.
- Add the thyme, cilantro, parsley, salt, and pepper and whisk until blended.
